While we hope that our souvenirs spark joy and curiosity, we understand that sometimes things might not go as expected. That's why we offer a fair and flexible return and exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of payment.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.

• Customized or personalized pieces crafted uniquely for you cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• If you purchased in-store, visit our Bazaar with your item and receipt, and we'll be happy to assist you.

• For online orders, send us an email at shop.egyptiansouvenirs@gmail.com with your order details, reason for return/exchange, and photos if the item is damaged.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

• Prefer to continue your journey? Choose store credit and explore another handcrafted masterpiece from our collection.

• Shipping fees for online orders are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or incorrect items.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability if your preferred item is out of stock, you can select another of equal value or opt for store credit.

• For online exchanges, return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective.

• If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will offer a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs).
