Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all regions within Egypt and select international destinations. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Shipping Timeframes
Domestic Orders (Egypt): Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
International Orders: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, with delivery times varying based on the destination (10-21 business days on average).
Shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping: Flat-rate shipping fees apply based on location.
International Shipping: Fees vary based on weight, size, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.

4. Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey.
If you do not receive a tracking number within the estimated processing time, please contact us.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

6. In-Store Pickup (For Local Customers)
If you're in Luxor, you can choose to pick up your order directly from WAJ Bazaar at no additional cost.

7. Special Requests & Bulk Orders
For bulk orders, custom shipping arrangements, or special delivery requests, please contact us before placing your order so we can assist you with the best possible solution.
